If refund is approved , you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lead Credits

Lead Credits added to the Travel Leads Wallet are intended solely for lead purchases on our platform. Lead Credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Please ensure the credits you add to your wallet aligns with your purchasing needs.

Exceptional Refunds

In certain rare instances, users may receive a credit refund under specific conditions. Refund eligibility applies in the following scenario only:

  • If a user is inadvertently charged for a lead they did not select or purchase, the erroneously charged amount will be credited back to the user’s Travel Leads Credits Wallet.

    Process for Refund Claims

    To report an issue related to incorrect charges and initiate a credit refund:

  • Contact our customer support team within 10-15 days of the transaction.
  • Provide details of the incorrect charge, including transaction ID and other relevant information to support the claim.
  • Upon verification, a credit refund equal to the incorrect charge amount will be applied directly to the user’s Lead Credits.
